Refund and Returns Policy



Due to the fully customized nature of all of our products, returns are not accepted. In the event an order is reported lost and it is confirmed missing via shipping tracking services, Dollface Creatiions will work with you to replace the missing item. This process needs to be initiated by the consumer via email communication. Please use our contact form found HERE to start the review.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable crochet patterns and other virtual products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Dollface Creatiions does not issue refunds due to the following:

  • Incorrectly placed orders.
  • Delivery timing issues.

All orders can be cancelled with full refund within the first 24-48 hours after purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 – 8 business days.
